Express Employment Professionals in Littleton, Colorado is currently seeking a Staffing Consultant / Inside Sales professional to join the Express Littleton, CO team! This is an excellent full time opportunity for someone who loves the Staffing industry and recruiting and placing people back to work.
Staffing Consultants are expected to build and maintain a core of strong associates in a variety of functions and be in a position to fill job orders quickly and efficiently on a daily basis in the areas of office services, industrial and professional. Strong phone and interpersonal skills are an essential part of this role.The Staffing Consultant will be interviewing candidates on a daily basis, filling job orders, attempting to find slots for the best associates as they come off an assignment, and following up with clients and associates everyday to ensure satisfaction. This requires the ability to use consultative selling techniques (communication skills, questioning and listening techniques, etc.) and the discipline of being persistent in making sales contacts.
Job duties include, but may not be limited to:
Maintain an extremely high level of daily activity to fill all job orders with urgency
Fill 100% of all qualified job orders as rapidly as possible
Recruit and Interview candidates daily to present to clients and fill all orders
Qualify and take a thorough and complete job order
Ensure each job order is fillable based on the availability of associates and the timeline in which clients needs are met
Make MPC calls, expand business with existing accounts, and generate new accounts
Fill all job orders, develop a pool of associates by interviewing multiple applicants daily and develop strong relationships
Coordinate client interviews and assignments
Be flexible and able to multi-task, change directions, refocus and maintain poise
Increase office and team effectiveness by communicating daily
The Staffing Consultant position offers a competitive base salary (DOE) plus commission based upon sales generated. This position manages temporary and evaluation hire staff placed on client assignments.
This position also offers medical and dental benefits, as well as Paid Time Off. The normal office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some evening and weekend work is required in this position. Rotation of on call services may be required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in recruiting, inside sales and/or staffing industry experience preferred
Excellent Interpersonal Communication skills
Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office Programs
