Support LOB Finance teams in the use of quantitative analysis, including creation, backtesting, documentation, and performance tracking of models to support financial forecasting. Highly sophisticated and technical analysis is requried for testing concepts and/or theories for solving problems and/or making decisions. Receives guidance with respect to general objectives; operate within specific policy guidelines; occasionally use independent discretion and judgement.

• Work with LOB Finance teams to create or enhance revenue and balance sheet forecasting models.
• Create model documentation and desk procedures for forecasting models
• Perform and document model performance tracking and monitor LOB Finance teams compliance with controls around model usage.
• Provide support and training to LOB Finance teams to ensure that each team understands the models and their limitations.
• Work with Model Risk Management to ensure compliance with model risk management policies and support model validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or higher
• 5-7 years of applicable experience
• Position requires several years of experience in building and documenting forecasting models.
• Complex statistical modeling, linear regression, SAS programming.
• Strong communicator, organizational skills, ability to keep multiple work streams on track and details oriented.
• Some experience in financial services and/or banking
