The Business Analyst Sr. Associate will be responsible for the following:

* Gather, document, analyze, and manage business needs and requirements
* Act as a liaison between the business community, technology organization, and external partners for all project requirements
* Interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs
* Work with the business to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes
* Act as Project Manager or work with Project Management to ensure all Application needs are effectively understood, documented, and addressed
* Must have the Application Development background to analyze and develop conceptual design of system components
* Ensure that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business
* Ensure high level designs, including architecture requirements, are accurately documented and map to the approved requirements
* Work with the system architects and developers to ensure systems meet all architectural and technical design standards
* Participate in creating the logical data model
* Plan and manage integration testing
* Support user acceptance testing and ensure all defects are prioritized, assigned, and resolved satisfactorily
* Work with and engage enterprise application teams as needed for project or application support related work effort

Qualifications

7+ years of related experience in a similar job function
* Must have LEAN, Agile (Scrum) knowledge or experience
* Must have IBM Lombardi Workflows experience
*Must be analytical, technical and have strong organizational skills
* Must have experience to facilitate the identification, design and implementation of business and systems solutions
* Bachelors Degree required, Masters degree preferred
