Biscuitville is a family owned (non franchised) business with 54 locations throughout North Carolina and Virginia. In preparing for this new growth, we are searching for General Manager (Operator) and Assistant Manager Trainees to join our family.
Our Managers are key players in our organization, responsible for the success of their restaurant. You must have a very high commitment to providing the guest in your restaurant an exceptional experience. You also must have outstanding leadership skills with the ability to recruit, motivate, coach and lead a successful team.
Compensation is very competitive. This position offers an outstanding benefit package including medical and dental insurance, group life, term life, 401K, flexible spending account, weekly pay and 529 college savings plan.
We require 5 years experience in the QSR industry or Fast Casual Dining, High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.
Our hours of operation are 5:00am -- 2pm! Having a career with Biscuitville means the commitments you have to your family, friends, school or sports team are valued, we close at 2pm -- no nights!
