The MENTOR Network is currently seeking a Human Resources Services Representative. The primary role of the HR Services Representative is customer service and support to managers, employees, and Human Resources in the processing and retention of employee-related transactions and documents including new hire processes, changes in employee status, and terminations. Responsible for responding to questions concerning processing requirements.


Essential Job Functions

  • Serves as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and daily processing of employee event transactions.
  • Responsible to monitor transaction queue volume and workflow to ensure compliance with data entry in adherence to payroll cycles and deadlines
  • Provides excellent customer service and support to HR staff with proper escalation as needed
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement in existing operations providing timely feedback and pertinent recommendations
  • Focuses on producing quality and quantity of work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Establishes strong collaborative team relationships with colleagues in Shared Service Center, Payroll, HR staff and throughout the Network
  • Responsible for meeting quality control review expectations and compliance with SOX requirements
  • Commitment and flexibility to meet deadlines and operational requirements of the Shared Service Center

Minimum Education Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent
  • Coursework at Bachelor’s level preferred

Minimum Experience Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience HR support experience preferred
