DE Tax Utility Senior Analyst
Coordinate the U.S. tax documentation compliance of pre-existing global corporate cash accounts related to the newly implemented Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act

Job Description
Review corporate business requirements on due diligence, withholding and reporting under FATCA regulations and align to Treasury and Transactions Services business lines.
Communicate tax rules/regulations in simple terms to resonate with business/tech teams not as knowledgeable about tax issues
Support Technology projects from a technical tax perspective
Business analysis, system requirements engineering, test management, project administration and implementation
Perform data analysis and track metrics using advanced Excel, pivot tables, V-lookups
Prepare presentations for senior management using the above-mentioned programs
Contribute towards departmental requirement to adhere to strict regulatory and compliance requirements, per IRS and Citi policy.
Perform reviews of written tax policy and procedures, research and respond to inquiries from operational areas
Maintain highest standards of excellence in any initiative undertaken while being a consistent team player who contributes exemplary collaboration and group work.
Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work directly or indirectly in a matrix team settings (onshore or globally).
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Skills
This position is opened to support our Global partners. Please note the work days and schedules:

Mon - Fri (6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.; 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.; 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.)

Good Knowledge of FATCA regulations
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or economics preferred
5+ years tax experience preferred
MS Office proficiency in: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Web navigation required
Previous experience with tax documentation of corporate documents preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of management.
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet business needs
Strong decision making/problem solving skills
