POSITION SUMMARY
The Operational Liaison will serve as the Single Point of Contact for our Plan Sponsors and/or broker contacts. This position will provide timely and quality assistance for operational functional disciplines to ensure accuracy and Plan Sponsor satisfaction.
Fundamental Components:
Act as a Single Point of Contact for operational departments for our Plan Sponsors and/or broker contacts.
Supports installation of new and existing accounts by attending implementation plan/process meetings.
Proactively identify and surface customer and plan issues for resolution while acting as a liaison to communicate workflow results, ideas and solutions.
Manage escalated customer issues.
Proactively analyzes constituent data to identify trends and issues.
Identifies most urgent business problems, obtains necessary information, accurately identifies root causes and generates solutions.
Initiates and maintains partnerships with others throughout the organization. Encourages cooperation and collaboration by promoting common goals and building trust. Inspires, supports, and initiates cross-functional activities.

Coordinate and participate in site visits, as needed.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
Experience with medical claims/medical call center environment
Account Management and/or Plan Sponsor Service experience
General Business/Communicating for Impact
Self-motivated, independent, collaborative worker
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Functional - Clinical / Medical/Legal & benefit interpretation/1-3 Years
