Insurance Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

Position: Customer Service Representative

Duration: 4 month contract to hire

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Compensation: $13 - $15 an hour

Our client is currently seeking several results-oriented individuals to join their Insurance Service Department here in Jacksonville, FL. Working in the Customer Service Center these individuals will play a key role in the client experience, handling inbound and outbound phone calls from both clients and agents. These positions will provide a broad range of insurance-related customer service, with the goal of maintaining and strengthening new and existing relationships.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma Required; Associate's Degree Preferred
• 1-3 years customer service experience required
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task efficiently
• Take initiative
• Learn, embrace and put into practice new concepts and skills
• Study for and become licensed with the 440 license (Property and Casualty) during training
• Confidence with navigating and multi-tasking with several computer operating systems
