About this job
This person will be a maintenance mechanic and will be responsible for the upkeep of the machines in the shop.
They will also perform basic facilities maintenance as well, including changing light bulbs, etc.
This is a food environment so it is essential to understand the importance of cleanliness and be able to work to FDA regulations.
Will perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot machinery to keep them running.

-Colburn depositer
-Ovens
-Spiral freezers
-labelers
-amonia systems
-gas fired tunnel oven
