* Preference given for financial customer service or fulfillment experience
* 40+ WPM typing
* Computer literacy
* Ability to pass a drug screen

* Professional communication with co-workers, management, and clients is essential.
* Able to work consistently and efficiently in a team environment, sharing tasks and supporting one another.
* Ability to consistently exercise discretion and independent judgment.

* Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor when handling client questions, inquiries or complaints.
