ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR UNIVERSITY PROGRAMS
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative support for the Director of School Programs.
* Track details of all required tasks in our "Youtrack" task management system
* Maintain Google-docs task-tracking overview sheet
* Work within the company's proprietary application to effectively upload data (automated and manual) and run standard reports
* Communicate effectively with university administration and faculty (written and verbal) on a regular basis to obtain and record all required course syllabi, student, faculty, and alumni data
* Communicate effectively with company staff and student-members (written and verbal) to effectively record and track content issues and I.T. issues requiring resolution
* Other administrative, miscellaneous duties from time to time

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Proficient in MS Office suite, Email, Internet
* Strong, proven ability to multi-task and problem solve
* Cheerful and energetic disposition
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Highly organized
* Effective "team-player"
* Thrives under deadlines and pressure
* Desire to be a part of a growing company dedicated to making a empowering its members to thrive in their field of study
