We have more than tripled the size of our office in the last two years and had 34% growth in 2014! Our mission is to help as many families as possible prepare themselves against a fluctuating economy. Do you consider yourself a leader? We are seeking management potential as we look to open two new offices in Worcester County and in Cape Cod! Entry level management gives everyone a chance to move up within the organization and increase income opportunities within their first few years!
As we continue to build our agency we are being extremely selective and have a competitive interview process. We seek people with self starter attitudes who do not mind putting in the leg work to build a future with us.
Some qualities we seek are:
-Young, motivated, excited personalities.
-Desire to Win and be awarded through recognition and incentives.
-Extremely coachable (sports or team backgrounds preferred)
-Well Spoken and enjoys communicating with others (phone skills are a plus)
-Available in the evenings to accommodate our market's schedule
-Reliable transportation
