A successful Business Operations Analyst will have the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and one plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, organization, time-management and analytical skills.
  • Proficient use of MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint; SQL and VBA a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with frequent interruptions and redefined priorities.
  • Self starter with ability to be a strong team player and work independently.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Business Operations Analyst creates, gathers, tracks, and analyzes business data and must be able to identify areas of improvement. The ideal candidate will be numbers-driven and have an analytic mind. Being able to effectively create reports, interpret results and communicate to various levels of the organization.

 

Primary responsibilities will fall into the following categories:

  • Regularly gathers, tracks, and analyzes customer experience and call center business data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Communicates results and suggestions to upper management.
  • Provides operational support for ongoing development and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop reporting, communicating the direction, significant milestones, and results.
  • Researches and recommends new and/or enhancements to existing processes.
  • Manages communication between stake holders, various internal departments, and key participants to process or program changes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
