Program Support Specialist - Part-time

Assist with intake assessments for program candidates to ensure both eligibility and suitability for our program using standard.Assist in following-up with participants on an on-going basis.Enter all engagements into Salesforce and other data systems; prepare participant folders.Maintain an active database of additional support services and other programs for referral purposes; maintain case files; and meet individually with assigned participants; Assist with counseling trainees on work related behaviors and provides referrals as required; Maintain relationship with Job Developers across the agency to leverage support for direct job placement assistance and indirect assistance.

Qualifications: College preferred. High School Diploma with some college, relevant work experience required. Experience with conducting assessment, follow-up and retention; managing employment with Young Adult population strongly preferred; knowledge of outcomes management; high degree of discretion dealing with confidential information; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
