Position: Inventory Control Analyst
Facility: Fairfield, CA
Shift: 1 st (7:00 am - 4:00 pm M-F)

PHS/Medline is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill a first shift Inventory Control position. This person will be responsible for Receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products by performing the following duties using, computers, RF (Radio Frequency) scanners, and WMS (Warehouse Management System).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains inventory records.
• Conducts daily cycle counts of inventory materials.
• Records and inputs cycle counts, adjust, expensed items and other related activity.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Opens various types of material like boxes bales and other types of containers.
• Uses computer to enter records.
• Prepares orders for shipping ( i.e. no charges, transfers etc).
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Ability to meet or exceed department productivity and quality measurements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification

• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be able to read and understand all reports, Work order schedule, double negative, closed w/o and other misc reports.
• Must have the ability to interact professionally and work closely with various dept.
• Must be able to operate warehouse type equipment.
• Must have basic understanding of computer system Accuterm (AS 400).
• Must exhibit team working skills at all time
• Must be flexible to work OT
• Must be able to carry or lift up to 50lbs , push, pull, kneel, stoop and bend consistently
