Operating with a customer centered approach, the Scheduler is responsible for customer service, order servicing, production planning, material procurement and inventory management of Customer’s finished good products and/or Supplier’s raw materials.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

· Meet Customer’s on-time delivery requirements and achieve the Plant’s assigned OTIF goals.

· Execute standardized ordering process and manage product releases based on customer demand.

· Interact with all aspects of the Adrian business and be the voice of the Adrian customers at the plant.

· Effectively communicate with Sales, Service, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Shipping personnel to deliver products to the customer efficiently and on time.

· Provide swift response and resolution to Customer and field complaints including root cause analysis and implementation of effective corrective actions.

· Support Customer accounts and/or Supplier accounts while working in a fast paced environment with a variety of customer planning activities throughout the day.

· Execute planning of stocked codes at optimal inventory levels.

· Utilize historical data as well as field information to create forecasts.

· Attend meetings to be engaged in the business and represent customer service and planning functions at the meetings.

· Understand customer requirements and help to update existing customer profiles as needed.

· Aid in creation of customer profiles for new customers based on their requirements.

· Work with TSSR’s and customers to develop relationships and obtain data on current forecasting and ordering processes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

· B.A./B.S. (Supply Chain, Operations Planning, Technical or Business) preferred - or 3 to 5 years of solid and relevant Supply Chain experience.

· Knowledge and understanding of the Customer Planning process (customer service, forecasting, production planning, purchasing, logistics and inventory management).

· Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite. Must have MS-Access applications and/or Excel applications development ability.

· Strong computer systems background and the ability to use data for planning and forecasting.

Required Skills:

· Ability to execute planning processes and manage inventory

· An understanding of how Supply Chain interacts with all other plant functions (Sales, Technical, Production, Quality Assurance, Distribution, Purchasing and the Field).

· Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills are required as well as the ability to implement change.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Supply Chain Management
