About this job



Our client is currently seeking a full time Ocean Import Customer Service Representative with Freight Forwarding industry experience.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Providing excellent customer service

- Problem resolution

- Data-entry

- Account maintenance

- Following up on shipments

-Tracking containers, arranging deliveries



Skills/Education/Requirements:
- Must have prior Freight Forwarding industry experience

- Basic computer skills
- Excellent Customer Service abilities
- Excellent communication skills; both oral and written
- Ability to work well with others and to function well under pressure
- Be able to analyze and prioritize tasks and projects; change routine as needed
- High school diploma/GED at the minimum (college degree highly preferred)

-Mandarin fluency a plus!

Hours: 11am - 8pm Monday - Friday

Salary: $40-$45K contingent upon experience
