About this job

Responsible for managing the overall store operations to include human resources, recruitment, leadership development, store merchandising, brand partnerships, sales and payroll, education and training. In addition the store manager will focus on effectively launching all Sephora initiatives.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience as a store manager preferably in a high volume location (over $4M), possess excellent communication, client service and analytical skills and be computer proficient. Cosmetic experience is desirable.
