BOM Job Description: ������ Primary Functions
Design PEX tubing products and systems at their Lakeville Facility.
Work with external customers to create design layouts, detailing and materials lists.
Provide calculations and analysis on system set up.
Collaborate with internal sales staff as an expert on their products and systems. Give support when needed on materails and product applications. Work Environment: ������ Collaborative work enviornment where design will be partnering with clients and helping internal sales staff. Work in small teams 2-5 that support a bigger division. Qualifications: ������ AAS in Drafting or Design
0-8 years experience utilizing AutoCAD.
Experience working in an industrial setting is a plus. Performance Expectations: ������ First Day
Will start by shadowing the design team. Will learn their products and systems before being given their own projects to start on.

Best candidate will have strong communication skills. They will be interacting daily with internal groups and external customers.
Performance
Will report directly to the design mgr for their division. Will be evaluated weekly on quality of drawings and changes orders that need to be made. Will be expected to give examples of their technical ability in AutoCAD as well as answering behavioral based questions on how they interact with others.
