Seeking an experienced Recruiter for a company in Redlands, CA.
Qualifications include:
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree. Preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or Human Resources
Years of Experience: Likely between 2 -5 years professional experience. However, more or less is okay depending on other aspects of the candidate
o Industries: Preference with Software Companies, High Tech, and/or professional services firms doing technical implementations.
- Software, Computer Software, High-Tech, Information Technology, Professional Services
- Privately owned preferred over publically traded, but not a must.
- Willing and able to work from the Redlands, CA office.
The Consultant will be working directly with the Human Resources division to provide support in recruitment.
The Consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Improve current job postings by developing templates that can be customized based on specific needs associated with technology, industry, and location.
- Support active sourcing of external candidates through targeted campaigns and social media.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing while maintaining a positive candidate experience for individuals.
- Provide analysis of recruiting trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
