POSITION PURPOSE -
The incumbent is responsible for managing and driving the execution of service programs, focusing on cross functional coordination, implementation and execution of new service programs within At-Home Services. The AHS Specialist drives these initiatives.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -
Responsible for coordinating all aspects of a service program through to execution
Provide analysis of program performance and provide solutions for increased productivity
Continually refine process to meet program needs
Communicate status and performance of program to Senior Management within Services
NATURE AND SCOPE -
Typically reports to National Installation Merchant
No direct responsibility for supervising others.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS -
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Examples include: telephone operator and file clerk.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -
Must be eighteen years of age
Must pass the Drug Test
Must pass the Background Check
Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable
EDUCATION REQUIRED -
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE - 3
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS -
Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -
Retail experience preferred
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work with large data sets and report findings to leadership
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES -
Strong Quantitative Skills
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to make solid decisions
Ability to effectively build relationships and leverage partnerships
Demonstrated Project Management skills
Ability to lead and manage cross functional teams
