We're currently sourcing highly-skilled candidates for the following position: STORE MANAGER (SM) Store Managers (SMs) are dynamic leaders and team-builders that drive superior customer service and profitability at The Home Depot stores. In this position, you will develop goals and strategies that enhance the customer experience, leading a team of Assistant Store Managers, Department Supervisors and over 100 associates. The primary responsibilities of a Store Manager include:

• Operating a location with a fiscal accountability ranging from $15-$80MM


• Developing strategies that drive store profitability


• Developing, communicating and imparting our Core values to store associates


• Preferred candidates will have a bachelor's degree and three years of retail supervisory experience

Minimum qualifications include:

• Eighteen years of age or older


• The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or G.E.D.


• Successful completion of pre-employment tests if applicable


• Be able to work a flexible schedule (7 days a week availability)
