Stinson Services, Inc. is hiring an exterior installer with a proven track record of quality, safety and dependability. Candidate must have good driving record and a clean criminal background history. Experience in roofing, siding or gutters is a must. You must be in good physical condition and be able to climb ladders without fear of heights. The average height of work is 8ft to 24ft. (Occasionally as high as 40ft). You must show up on time and have a dependable means of getting to our office on a daily basis.
We provide all the tools and equipment necessary for the position. You will be working independently and as part of a team, must be self-motivated, hard-working and have excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Roofing repairs and installations
* Gutter repairs and installations
* Soffit -- Fascia repairs and replacement
* Siding repairs, Minor roof repairs
* Other tasks as assigned by project manager
* Dealing with customers and representing SSI on projects
* Measuring, calculating, analyzing and repairing components related to projects listed above
This position offers the opportunity for promotions to other positions such as Project Manager. Pay is by the hour and will vary depending upon experience $15 - $20 per hour. We offer medical, dental, vision and disability insurance.
REQUIREMENTS:
* You must be able to do basic math and work efficiently
* You must speak and write English and have excellent communication skills
* Must be professional and organized
* Valid drivers license
* Ability to work in confined spaces and are comfortable with heights
* Submit to and pass pre-employment, background check
* Have a good previous work history and references
