Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a General Manager for our corporate account located in Skillman, NJ .
This position will manage:
1 Full service cafes plus 1 satellite café along with catering
The General Manager will manage day to day operations, be involved in total account management from ordering, service, cash management, accounts payable, payroll, employee training, HACCP and divisional and corporate procedural requirements.
The Ideal candidates will have:
Strong client/customer facing skills Strong culinary background Strong Financial skills to manage this P&L account Catering experience and the ability to customize menus within budgetary guidelines

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
