Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato is a regional hub that sppports the South West Minnesota region of the Health System. This position will be responisbe for supervising the staff with in the medical center campus. THe Mayo Clinic is 172 bed hospital.
As a Custodial Operations Manager 1 with Sodexo you will oversee EVS department at the Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, MN. This is a 2nd shift position.

This unit consists of a hospital with a Jazzman and a retail cafe. The hourly staff are employed by the Hospital and are part of a union.
Your success will be measured by your ability to:
Follow Sodexo standards and delivering a service that is consistent with the rest of the Mayo Clinic system The ideal candidate will have bedtracking experience and TRAKKAR (or similar labor management program) experience. The Operations Manager will oversee a team of 20- 25 employees. The ideal candidate is familiar with Sodexo programs, is employee centric, has experience managing to budget, and has the ability to fully integrate with the client’s culture.
Position Summary
Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
