Customer Service Representative Job Description:
- Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound calls taking payments
- Primary duty is to collect payments and resolve customer service related issues
- Conflict resolution and entering customer data into databases
- Heavy data entry and database navigating
- Maintain highest level of customer service
- Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills (Must be able to type 35-40 words per minute)
- Customer service experience
- Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalating situations
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft office (outlook, word, excel)
- Ability to Multitask and navigate multiple web pages at a time
Schedule:
1st Shift Options:
- Monday-Thursday 9-5:30, Friday 9-5
2nd Shift Options:
- Monday to Friday 12:30pm -9pm (one day off during the week) and Saturday or Sunday
- Monday to Friday 1:30pm - 10pm (one day off during the week) and Saturday or Sunday
- Monday to Friday 12:00pm - 8:30pm (one day off during the week) and Saturday or Sunday
- Monday to Friday 2:00pm-10pm (one day off during the week) and Saturday or Sunday
Part Time Shift Options:
- Monday to Friday, 7am or 8am-12pm AND Sat, 9am-5pm OR/AND Sun, 11am-5pm or 1pm-9pm
- Monday - Friday 10am-2pm AND Saturday, 8am-4:30pm OR 9am- 5pm
- Monday - Friday 12pm-5:30pm AND Saturday, 8am-4:30pm OR 9am- 5pm
- Monday to Friday, 4pm- 9pm or 5pm-10pm AND Sat, 9am-5pm OR/AND Sun, 11am-5pm or 1pm-9pm
- Monday - Friday 4pm-8pm AND Saturday, 8am-4:30pm or 9am- 5pm
- Saturday 9-5pm and Sunday 11am -5pm
- Saturday 1:00pm-9:00pm and Sunday 11am-5:00pm
- Saturday 1:00pm -9:00pm, Sunday 11:00am-5:00 pm, and Monday 9-5pm or 1-9pm
- 3 days during the week and 1 weekend shift is also available for students
Compensation: $12 per hour for 1st shift full time and $12.50 for 2nd shift full time
*Training options - M-F 8:00am-4:30pm OR Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri 1.30pm -10pm and Sat 1pm - 9pm OR Monday-Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm with Sat 1pm-9pm
