College Works Painting is a collegiate internship company that gives students the opportunity to get hands on leadership and business experience in a real-world environment. College Works is currently hiring painters and crew chiefs for full time positions with availability all over the state of Ohio. (Probably including where you will be living over the summer)

The painter position is a full time, summer position. This is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on experience in completing group projects, budget management, effective marketing, and customer service- and obviously learning how to properly produce a paint job! You will get the opportunity to work outdoors with other like-minded individuals, including other college students, all while earning a good hourly wage. Training is provided; therefore, no experience is necessary! The ideal individual is motivated, competitive, hard0-working, able to communicate effectively, and dependable. All students that feel they fit the ideal candidate listed and meet the job requirements listed below are encouraged to apply.
Those found with leadership experience, or seeking additional leadership experience, may be selected or promoted to a crew-chief position, in which you will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in leading your own crew of several painters. Ask to be considered for this if you feel you might be a good fit. Both Painter and crew Chief positions could also lead to future internship opportunities with College Works.
Requirements:
- Able to work full-time throughout the summer (40 hours/week).
- Must have own transportation (job site locations will change).
- Manual labor required.
- Cannot be afraid of heights.
Pay: Hourly with bi-weekly bonus and raise potential as well as a seasonal bonus at the end of the summer ($9-$15/hr depending on location, experience, and performance)
