Role: Guidance Center Assistant Administrative Coordinator - Part Time
Assignment: Sr. Products
Location: Clearwater, FL
This is a part-time role where the hours will vary weekly according to the needs of the business. Persons applying to this role should be willing to work a part-time schedule and be able to work flexible hours (day shift).
The person in this position will be responsible for 2 locations. The position is based out of our Port Ricey, FL office and the associate will travel to our Spring Hill, FL office.

Assignment Capsule
In a highly matrixed environment, the Administrative Services Operations Support role you will provide a wide variety of administrative and operational support services for an assigned area of responsibility including. Duties and responsibilities may include:
Lead at least (2) one hour walking classes per week for our senior members
Assist with developing wellness program material
Assist in coordinating monthly calendar of Events
Utilize internal systems to process visitors
Triage center visitors to appropriate channel
Assist the Administrative Coordinator with carrying out the administrative duties of the Guidance Center
Back up and support to Coordinator
Make copies
Fax documents
Sort and Distribute mail
Use Microsoft Excel Key Competencies
Administrative Services Knowledge: You understand methodologies and processes for coordinating and providing office administrative, clerical and support services, not specific to a particular business discipline.
Implementation/Execution: You are good at organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects by using appropriate methodologies and tools.
Communication: You actively listen to others to understand their perspective and ensure continuous understanding regardless of communication channel or audience.
Problem Solving: You are a problem solver with the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving. You can be a broker and consultant regarding resources. You engage people in problem solving without taking over.
Role Essentials
Must be able to lead 2 one hour walking classes per week for senior members
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with typing, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Ability to be flexible with weekly work schedule
Capacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently in support of the department
Ability to multi-task
Role Desirables
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience with crafting
Knowlege of nutrition
Ability to present information to groups
