We are seeking energetic, tech-savvy support representatives to join a successful team of IT professionals right here in McHenry County.
Technical Support Representatives are responsible for providing technical support to end users over the phone and through email and instant messages. TSRs respond to customer inquiries concerning system operation and diagnose hardware, software, and operator errors. They provide clear and concise support ensuring a high level of customer service. They provide mail setup as well as internet connectivity instructions. TSRs instruct customers in the use of their equipment and software to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have previous help desk experience is a Technical Support role and must have Apple Genius knowledge.
Monday - Friday | 11:00 am 8:00 pm
Pay | $15+/hour depending on experience and skills
