We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Business Analyst.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Title: Business Analyst for GBS Collaboration Platform
Location: RTP, NC 27560
Contract: 3 Months
The Collaboration Platform Business Analyst will work with the Project Manager for Platform Transition, to drive the program forward.
Partner closely with GBS Pillars and Platform Teams.
Liaise between the teams to provide relevant information and guidance when needed.
Derive Business Requirements and project scope
Conduct stakeholder sessions (workshops, interviews) with GBS Pillars and Platform teams.
Perform gap analysis, identify, discuss, define scope and to gather/ elicit /capture requirements to facilitate quick decision making
Document and validate the requirements in a format that is useful to GBS pillars and Platform teams.
Create user-training plan for the various platforms.
Create/Update FAQs.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) partner with Pillars to get testing of their respective platform changes.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of project management methodologies and project management tools such as MS Project.
Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
7-10 years experience
