We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Help Desk.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

IT Help Desk Specialist

In this IT Help Desk Specialist position, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
• Monitor service desk tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
• Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software
• Document internal procedures
• Assist with onboarding of new users
• Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses

Are you interested? The ideal IT Help Desk Specialist candidate will possess the following experience:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred
• Minimum of 2 years customer support/help desk experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of MS and Mac operating systems and applications
• Ability and desire to provide excellent customer-service to internal customers
