Experis Engineering has an immediate long term opening for multiple Planner/Schedulers to support engineering work on site at Two Rivers Nuclear power plant in Wisconsin.

You will assist in the design of planned work and design change packages. Conducts field walkdowns to identify and analyze corrective and preventative maintenance, modification and surveillance activities. Defines procedures, drawings, equipment and materials required to perform planned work packages. Acts as liaison with engineering department and/or vendors to coordinate activities. Develops work standards to support work packages. May provide guidance to more junior system planners or contractors to develop detailed elements of overall packages. Is responsible for the development of computerized critical- path schedules for day-to-day maintenance activities as well as for refueling and maintenance outages. Prepares and analyzes daily work schedules to optimize equipment availability and manpower usage; recommends appropriate modifications. Publishes daily work schedules and monitors progress. Documents schedule problems, maintains statistics and performs trend analysis. May provide guidance to nonexempt employees as assigned. This is a career-level exempt position (full competency).

Qualifications:
A minimum of eight (8) years of planning and/or scheduling experience in a nuclear facility, preferred; OR
A minimum of three (3) years planning experience AND 10 years trade nuclear power experience in Engineering, Maintenance (electrical, mechanical, I&C) or Operations; OR
A minimum of eight (8) years of technical experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or Operations AND an AS Degree in Engineering or related physical science; OR
A minimum of six (6) years technical experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or Operations AND a BS degree in Engineering or related physical science.
Prior relevant military experience may be considered as equivalent.
Must be knowledgeable of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, online scheduling applications and work management processes.
Completion of a Maintenance Trade apprenticeship program with applicable trade experience, or engineering/nuclear plant operations experience preferred. High School Graduate / GED required.

Must have Primavera P6 scheduling experience. Responsible for developing and maintaining a standard network of Projects Department Long Range Plan and individual project schedules. Ensures schedule coordination with Construction Supervision, Project Management and the Station in regards to daily and outage schedules. Provides schedule analysis and recommendations to Project Management, as well as guidance and direction to Project Team Members to avoid schedule variances. Integrates vendor, contractor efforts in the area of schedule integration with station schedules. Develop and maintain master Projects status matrix. Understands Earned Value Analysis (EVA), schedule critical path and dependencies. Man-loads and develops histograms as requested by management.

Qualifications Required:
8+ years of Primavera scheduling or planning experience in construction and/or maintenance work at an operating nuclear facility.
Must work well in a team environment and be self-motivated, responsible and reliable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to plan, organize, budget and monitor progress necessary to evaluate performance against plans. Adequate computer skills and knowledge of problems to support job functions.
Primavera P6 experience required
