Inbound Call Center Agents

We are seeking a team of “Do it yourself” customer care agents. We will train you on everything you need to know. Our goal is to deliver an outstanding customer experience to a wide variety of customers. The work is fun, cutting edge, and constantly changing. If you have a need for success and have a passion for customer care, don’t hesitate to come in right away!

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

Inbound Call Center Agents -

· Must be 18 years of age or older

· Possess a minimum of 3 months customer service experience in a call center environment

· Solid work history – 1 plus years of stable work with one company

· Score acceptably on job related testing assessments provided (i.e., data entry, spelling, reading, reading comprehension, sales aptitude testing and cognitive ability testing, typing 25 WPM)

· Knowledge of computer keyboard and mouse, intermediary internet knowledge required

· Ability to work within specified shift time

· Ability to clearly communicate using good clear, distinct voice

All other duties as assigned
