We are looking for a highly motivated, dependable individual to join our team in a fast paced work environment.

A qualified individual should have the following:

Ability and desire to provide great customer service

Attention to detail

Ability to multi-task

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in medical insurance or medical billing is a plus.

May perform one or more of the following:

Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.

Gather information, researches/resolves inquires and logs customer calls.

Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.

Provide functional guidance, training and assistance to lower level staff.

Assist in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
