Looking for An Assistant Project Manager.

Assistant Project Managers are an integral part of the project team and will work closely with the Project Managers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing design and construction engineering tasks in the office and field in commericail, retail and residential projects.
  • Monitoring purchase order schedule and identifying and resolving issues during and after construction phase. Work with PM to resolve and keep project team apprised of project impacts.
  • Managing the submittal process. Work with subcontractors and project team as needed to keep project on schedule and to quickly resolve any potential issues.
  • Assisting with development of project schedule that reflects project strategy and is of sufficient detail to manage project execution and identify change impacts as necessary.
  • May participate in site walks.
  • May assist with estimating.
