Tired of working nights and weekends then come in and talk with us at South Shore Meats. We are one of the top wholesale portion control meat manufacturing facilities in the Northeast Region. We process the absolute finest cuts of Beef, Pork, Lamb & Veal and are seeking an experienced meat cutter for a full-time position in our wholesale meat cutting operation. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying, trimming and portioning a wide variety of Beef, Pork, lamb, and boneless poultry. The ability to work in a refrigerated environment for an entire shift is mandatory, as is the ability to lift 75lbs. A minimum of 1 year of experience is also required. Work week is Monday through Friday days only, NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS. Benefits include paid vacation, 401k plan, salary will be based on experience.
We are an SQF Certified Company, meat cutters are required to follow all aspects of the company's food safety management system, including:
