Must have minimum of 3 years food service anagement experience that includes catering management and sales, bar management and full service dining. Additionally looking for event planning and culinary degree or extensive experience.

Have the ability to focus on the guest, drive a team for results, work collaboratively, exhibit personal accountability and decision making. Along with knowing how to manage talent through planning, prioritizing and organization. Take and give direction easily, posses basic computer skills, strong mathematical skills and writing skills.

Other Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent, advanced education preferred.
• Must have minimum of 3 years food service management experience or comparable position.
• Must successfully complete the Denny's Management training program.
• Must be legally eligible for employment in the US.
• Background Check required
