Staffmark has immediate openings, and we're looking for exceptional people to join our team! We are currently accepting applications for the following position:
APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN located in Los Angeles Area (Near USC)Essential duties include but are not limited to:
1) Prepping, Masking, Patching and Painting
2) Paint and repair windows, doors, walls, ceilings, etc.
3) Make ready units for new move‐ins
4) 3 -- 4 month Temp/Contract job assignment
5) Flexible to work weekends as well
6) Pay Rate: $11.44/hour (NON-NEGOTIABLE) | Paid weekly
7) Work schedule Mon-Fri 7am-7pm (10-12 hour days) -- overtime paid after 8 hours per day at time and a half = $17.16/hour)
Hiring Criteria: Must PASS (7) year background check, (3) References, and E-Verifiable work authorization documents
