This is a Part Time position, starting pay $11 hr.


Every person needs the support of others, but we look for very special people to support to children with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as youth with medical, emotional and behavioral challenges. As an Administrative Assistant with Texas MENTOR you’ll be one of those special people.

Texas MENTOR is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to a department an/or manager, including answering telephones, handling correspondence and scheduling meetings, as well as project based work. This position may also greet visitors and route telephone calls to appropriate staff and/or provide data entry support.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, one-year administrative, clerical or secretarial experience.

  • Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Must have reliable transportation and auto insurance.

  • Will need to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

  • Finger printing required if lived outside the United States in the past 5 years.
