About this job

Associate will be responsible for the processing of customer orders on a daily basis.  This position requires the use of an RF scanner to complete various functions and utilize PKMS for order tracking/disposition. 

Essential Functions:

  • PKMS receiving and labeling of inbound product including verification of OS&D’s versus inbound paperwork for shipments.
  • Daily housekeeping functions for work area.
  • Training of new associates as required for receiving and load planning.
  • Ensure organization and housekeeping of the area on a daily basis.
  • Utilize Williams Sonoma’s Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports
  • Basic PKMS knowledge.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner
  • Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary.
  • Job requires continuous physical exertion – walking/bending/lifting/standing/climbing – must be able to lift 65lbs minimum
