We have a great opportunity for a 2nd Shift Bilingual Supervisor for a Distrubution Center in the Charlotte area.
This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. The shift is 2:30 pm - 11:30pm. There are times that Weekends are needed when production is above peak.
Pay starts at $15 for the Bilingual Production Supervisor with 1 year of experience. For five years or more of Production Supervisor experience, we can offer $18.
Basic Duties for the 2nd Shift Bilingual Supervisor - Distribution:
Complete daily schedule for production employees
Supervise production employees
Ensure quality standards, safety standards and sanitation standards are met
Generate daily production and labor reports
Successful candidates for the Bilingual Production Supervisor must possess:
At least one consecutive year of recent Production Supervisor experience in a fast paced environment
Able to speak and understand Spanish
High energy and flexibility to work hours to meet production requirements
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
