Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, Saturday's and on-call as needed
Major Job Functions:
*Lead the maintenance team in performing day to day maintenance tasks by completing work orders and responding to production issues.
*Plan, schedule, and support preventative maintenance and related work orders. Ensure availability, accuracy, and timeliness of any applicable replacement part orders.
*Manage and supervise the department, this includes: hiring, developing and training/cross training associates, appraising, disciplining- while constructing long-range departmental strategies and making decisions that proactively affect the department and company.
*Communicate safety and safety training, and ensure equipment is repaired as needed.
*Provide feedback to engineering and management departments on maintenance status-troubleshoot as needed.
*Maintain responsibility for keeping proper paperwork and documentation-advocate continuous improvement when utilizing statistical data.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college/university in a related field preferred-or one to two years of related supervisory experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Four years of mechanical experience preferred with an emphasis in automation and electrical training.
-Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the Human Resource Systems, (Oracle); Manufacturing software, (ICIM); Enterprise Asset Management software (7i); Spreadsheet Software, (Excel); and the ability to write professional letters and business correspondence using the internet, Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Must participate and contribute in team environment, possess self-motivating skills, and be dependable and trustworthy. Must possess skills to problem solve, train, direct, and communicate effectively. Proficient organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking abilities are required. Must possess knowledge in manufacturing processes and mechanical machines. Must have the ability to work with power tools and computer equipment, and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
