We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Call Center Representative.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
*Producing C-Level Executive calls to a global audience, answering help queues, and booking concierge level conference calls.
*Manages call flow, ensuring correct call placement, initiating noise cancellation and basic troubleshooting.
*Maintains superior level of customer service skills.
*Administrative responsibilities include generating service tickets, and filtering escalations to the appropriate Team Manager.
Requirements
-Must be a team player but also able to work independently
-Must have excellent communication skills and able to articulate themselves in a professional manner
-Proficiency with Microsoft application and data entry
-High school Diploma, or equivalent required, college degree preferred
-Must pass a Background check
We also have multiple shifts available to fit your schedule!
1)Monday-Friday 11am-8pm or 10am to 7pm
2)Tuesday-Friday 10am to 6pm AND Sat 8am to 8pm
3)Monday-Friday 12am to 9am
4)Fri/Sat 8pm to 8am, Sat/Sun 8pm to 8am, Sun/Mon 8pm to 5am, Mon/Tues 8pm to 5am
We are also looking for various languages Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, and French etc.
All Candidates will have to attend a 4 week training that will be a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule before starting their designated shift.
