Test Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

A company in Golden, CO, is seeking a Test Engineer to join their team! The position is a contract-to-hire and pays $70-80k. Please review the job description below and apply if interested.

Job Duties:

Responsible for hardware and software design / quoting, development, implementation, improvement and ongoing support of test systems and processes whether developed in house or provided by the customer. Technical leadership within the engineering team and provide day-to-day technical support in manufacturing test areas.

• Devise production test plan and test strategies for new assemblies
• Design, prototype, fabricate, document, commission and validate Manufacturing Test for RF, analog and digital assemblies to emphasize automation, reusability, maintainability, and reliability
• Support and continuously improve manufacturing test systems already in production
• Provide technical guidance and training to the troubleshooting team
• Interface with customers on technical issues
• Participate in Quality Assurance meetings and help investigating test-related issues
• Prepare and present justification of proposed test changes and test strategies

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors' degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a test engineering role actively supporting production test
• Expertise in LabVIEW, TestStand experience preferred
• Sound fundamental knowledge of digital and analog circuitry
