Assemblers/Welders

Aerotek is currently hiring up to 100 assemblers in the Morgantown area. These positions will train on 1st shift then move to 2nd or 3rd shift including a shift differential. 20 plus individuals can start every Monday morning for orientation and training. Here are the hours:
(1st) 6am-2:30pm
(2nd) 2pm-10:30pm
(3rd) 10pm-6:30am

Assembler

Hand tools - Power tools - Air tools - Mechanical abilities - Team work mindset - Safety consciousness - Willingness to ask questions - Ability to use a tape measure to a 16"

Welder (Reading and Morgantown)

• Assemble truck body parts, includes bolting, cutting, welding, drilling and other techniques for mounting and building equipment.
• Assemble parts and special equipment for truck body design.
• Ability to work from blueprints and written specifications to meet customer specifications.
• Ability to visualize final assembled product before assembling components.

• 1-3 years of previous welding experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous aluminum welding experience is highly desired.
• Previous experience using critical weld, mig weld and flux core weld clean - horizontal, uphill, downhill and overhead passes.
• Experience using cutting torch and plasma cutter is plus
