Dedicated associates receive paid training and earn up to $17 hour/DOE and are able to sell our licensed products and services.
Non-dedicated associates voluntary agree to participate in unpaid tax school training until after successful completion of our company 30-60 day probationary period but is able to sell our non-licensed products as referrals.

What You Will Do
Within this role, you will be our customers' first contact so you must make an incredible first impression. Your job is to educate our customers -- not sell. You will explain our values, our process and how to work with us. Our rate and fee combinations will be compelling enough to interest consumers. When they're ready, you'll take their financial needs analysis application, educate them on available financial options, and answer any questions they have. You will provide incredible customer service throughout the tax-insurance interview process.
You will not be responsible for generating your own leads.
Responsibilities:
Performs outbound calls and follow-up work to close the sale. Writes policies by utilizing training and sales techniques to close the sale. Completes necessary applications and forms; Follows up for necessary documents and payments in order to close the sale. Assists and contributes to the team's current quotas/goals by meeting individual quotas/goals, as well as unit/team goals.
Requirements
The qualified Insurance Sales Representative candidate will have:
Previous sales and/or customer service experience. Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred. Life/Health or Property and Casualty Broker's license preferred Self-motivation and goal-orientation Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills Candidates should have excellent time management skills with a strong self-directed orientation as well as demonstrated leadership skills and a true entrepreneurial spirit
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: A high school diploma or GED desired. Bachelor's considered a plus.
Licenses/Designations: Associates must obtain the required Federal and/or state licenses/registrations within the time period designated by the business unit. Additional licenses/registrations may be required when new products and services are implemented. If an associate fails or is unable to obtain required licenses/registrations within the time period designated by the business unit, the associate will be ineligible to continue in the position.
Experience: Previous professional experience in sales, marketing/sales; or experience in managing a small business operation desired.
Knowledge: Knowledge insurance products, business management concepts, sales/marketing approaches, and trends desired.
Skills: Possesses strong verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate information to customers and potential customers and advise them of areas where financial protection may be needed or enhanced.
Values: Regularly and consistently demonstrates the Companies values and Guiding Behaviors.
Staffing Exceptions to the above minimum job requirements must be approved by the: Sales Manager, and MKG Enterprises Senior Management.
