Description

Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining beverage volume and profit through new and existing customers in specified geographic area representing all brand products.

Position Shift and Schedule

This is a full time permanent position typically working Monday through Friday with a start time between 7:00am and 8:00am. Flexibility to work beyond the standard 40 hour work week is required as business needs dictate as well as being able to work the occasional weekends for special events.

Position Responsibilities
  1. Solicit and qualifies new customers for Cold Drink business.
  2. Develop, plan and execute profitable volume-building activities with targeted accounts.
  3. Implement channel specific plans.
  4. Review company asset placements on basis of volume and return on investment for qualifying new accounts.
  5. Manage account profiles and call schedules via route book system for current customers and target customers.
  6. Responsible for measurement systems of profitability and volume within the assigned territory.
  7. Manage territory within assigned Marketing and Operating Budgets.
  8. Develop and execute total Business Plan for assigned territory.
  9. Develop relationships with targeted accounts to maximize potential.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • 1 year of previous package goods, outside, or systems sales experience
  • 3 years experience with Microsoft Office
  • Valid Driver's License
