About this job
As a Field Operations Manager, you are required to "wear many hats." The primary responsibility is to ensure that all clients are provided with exceptional service at all levels, within the Painting/Construction Industry.We're looking for that unique individual who can multi-task and oversee multiple Residential/Commercial painting projects (up to 15 per week) that are on-going simultaneously. A strong attention to detail and a knack for developing good rapport with clients and work crews are essential in performing this job. Someone who is also "handy" with basic tools and home improvement projects are desirable qualities.
This isn't a typical M-F, 8-5 job but the work week is a minimum of 40 hours. You must be flexible with hours and working weekends.
Company truck, laptop and cell phone will be provided since the majority of your time will be spent out in the field and maintaining several jobs at a time.
