Use your Sharp Analytical Skills to help us support, compile and report key information! Drive processes and technology improvement initiatives for the products, using standard project methodology (requirements, design, test, etc.). Use data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients. Engage users in analysis and evaluation of functional models and prototypes; identify dependencies and priorities. Evaluate technology applications for use by the user community. Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products.

You will be working in a fast paced Agile environment and will be responsible for assessing existing systems and interfaces between our healthcare systems and proposing enhancements and changes to improve efficiencies.  You will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis on existing system issues and proposing long term fixes and resolution.  You will be the main point of contact for day to day technical issues and will be viewed as the subject matter expert on our products and systems. 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or HS diploma/GED with 10+ years equivalent IT experience.
  • 5+ years experience in systems analysis and/or programming (with some escalating responsibilities such as project management and/or leadership)
  • 6+ years experience with the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • 3+ years' experience writing business requirements, detailed specifications, workflows, and sample schematics/sketches 
  • 2+ years experience with technical training and guidance (ability to train and familiarize coworkers on system functionality)
  • Familiarity with standard testing tools and techniques
  • Ability to develop test plans and execute
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in hospital or Integrated Health Network Information Systems environment 
  • TeleHealth experience a big plus
  • Agile Environment experience
  • .NET development and/or requirements and testing experience of such technologies
  • Mobile app development and/or requirements and testing of such apps
