This position supports T-Mobile's Content Management strategy by providing concise, organized, and consistent content to multiple channels and tools, including but not limited to Customer Care, Retail, Retail Partner Sales, and external. Primary responsibilities include conducting developmental edits, ensuring timely delivery of content, and supporting select departmental and enterprise initiatives. Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.* Developmentally edit and publish content within T-Mobile's frontline and customer-facing knowledge tools for consistency and conciseness. Apply formatting and style standards.* Participate in cross-functional enterprise project teams to ensure content requirements are met, identify content impacts, ensure consistency between channels and tools, and establish milestones.* Identify content impacts and reuse opportunities across channels and tools and determine location, organization, and navigation of content within T-Mobile's knowledge tools.* Train business partners on content publishing tools and processes. Coach and mentor team and community members on content best practices.* Apply frontline and community feedback on the tools and content they use. Contribute to enterprise quality standards for written communication..

Required* 2-4 years' experience in a technical writing/ editing positionPreferred
  • 2-4 years' experience writing and editing for the Web
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to write clear, concise, creative and accurate messages for a variety of audiences while adhering to an established style in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomacy skills required to effectively manage relationships with diverse internal and external contacts
  • Photoshop and design experience
  • Experience with HTML, XML, or content management systems (Jive or other Social Business platform and SharePoint)
  • Experience working for a telecommunications or high tech company
Education
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
